Introducing Simply Cycling, the new name in the Simply Brands Family

We have grown exponentially in recent years and we have loved seeing each element of our product offering diversify and grow to stay on trend and ahead for our distributors and stockists/retailers. From our growing electric vehicle charging range to our Simply Power Eco leads using recycled materials, we are always ready to take on new challenges and ensure our products are ahead of the retail curve… and It’s this motivation that has brought us to a brand-new bike accessories range in our family; Simply Cycling.

What is Simply Cycling?

Simply Cycling is set to be our most popular and diverse product range yet. It’s perfect for cyclists and cycle stores alike. You’ll find a comprehensive range of bike accessories and bicycle maintenance products that are great value and superior quality.

Cycling has seen a growth in popularity in recent years and that is only set to continue as consumers look for ways to reduce their carbon footprint and enjoy the great outdoors. It’s becoming a preferred mode of transport for many commuters with almost 700,000 people commuting to work via bicycle in the UK. In the Netherlands, cycling to work has increased by over 50% in the last decade. Plus, in some cities around the world it’s actually proven to save commuters time, as opposed to driving.

Those statistics sound great, but there is still work to be done. Policy makers need to improve infrastructure to support safe cycling as this is often the single most popular reason for commuters refusing to cycle to work. Those countries that do put time, effort and resources into sounds cycling infrastructure does see a rise in popularity, as seen in the Netherlands.

Our ever-expanding Simply Cycling collection has something to suit every bike enthusiast and we’re excited to see the brand grow in retail stores through 2024 and beyond.

What bike accessories are available?

Don’t let our huge range intimidate you! If you’re new to cycling, you’ll soon realise you don’t need every accessory out there and you can tailor your cycling experience to suit just what you need. You may also find it useful to purchase items as you venture further or become more in-tune with your bike and your cycling abilities.

Our range has a brilliant collection of universal handle bars, pedals and lights. These products are replacements items, should your existing products fail or become worn. However, if your bike doesn’t come with lights, we do recommend fitting them, particularly if you are cycling or commuting during early or late hours. Our products fit almost any cycle design and style with easy fitting and excellent value.

Other accessories to consider are water bottles and cages, to ensure you can have easy access to hydration, particularly on those longer cycling adventures. Bells are also useful to let pedestrians or other cyclists you’d like to pass, and kicker stands keep your bike secure so you can avoid damage by lying it on the ground.

What about bicycle Maintenance?

In terms of repairs and maintenance, we do suggest a cycle puncture repair kit is a must-have for all cyclists. This is an item that you may not need to use for some times, but should a puncture arise, you’ll be so glad you have a repair kit to hand! Our maintenance products in the range are excellent value for money and provide excellent quality. This is something we have worked hard on over the last 12 months, to source and create products that can stand the test of time and ensure cyclists have peace of mind when purchasing with us.

Should I expand into the bike accessories market?

The bicycle industry is currently sitting at around 70,500 million dollars worldwide, and with a growth rate of 9.7% from now until 2030, we’re proud to launch this brand new range and give our distributors and stockists a great selection of products to their consumers to guarantee fairness, value, quality and choice.
